You really have 2 main options - Aleesoft or Videora. I have personally used them both and found them to be equally as easy to use. My preference would be the Aleesoft program simply because it has a friendlier user interface, but essentially they do the same thing...
Convert Video SLOWLY!!!!
Yes that's right they are both equally as slow and very disappointing. To give you some idea it takes about 2 hours to convert an hour long video file on my PC. This may decrease slightly if you have an state-of-the-art gaming rig, but I doubt it is possible to get this time sub-60minutes.
If you are like me then you wanted to dump a heap of video files constrained only by the speed of USB2.
EPIC FAIL.
However, if you have the patience; both programs allow you to queue files for conversion so you could potentially leave your PC/LAPTOP on and let it convert through the night.
I am looking for a faster solution.
